The Anti-Human CD8 APC Antibody is a fluorochrome-conjugated monoclonal antibody designed for the detection of CD8+ cytotoxic T lymphocytes in human biological specimens by flow cytometry. CD8 is a co-receptor for the T-cell receptor (TCR) and is expressed on cytotoxic/suppressor T cells. This antibody enables enumeration of CD8+ T-cell subsets and is suitable for use in multi-color immunophenotyping panels for immune status assessment, infectious disease monitoring, and immuno-oncology research.
