Canine Gastrointestinal Multiplex Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (CPV, CRV, CCoV, Giardia, Cryptosporidium)

Product Overview :
Multiplex Nucleic Acid Detection Kits for Dogs
Description :
Canine parvovirus (CPV) is a highly contagious viral disease that affects dogs, particularly puppies and unvaccinated individuals. It targets the gastrointestinal system, potentially causing severe vomiting, diarrhea, and dehydration. The virus is transmitted through contact with infected feces or contaminated environments.
Canine rotavirus (CRV) can cause gastroenteritis in dogs, especially in puppies. It affects the lining of the small intestine, leading to diarrhea, vomiting, and dehydration. Transmission occurs through contact with infected feces, and puppies are especially susceptible due to their underdeveloped immune systems.
Canine coronavirus (CCoV) is another virus that affects the gastrointestinal tract in dogs, resulting in vomiting, diarrhea, and dehydration. It is spread via contact with infected feces or contaminated surroundings. While it can cause serious illness, most infected dogs recover without specific treatment. In severe cases, supportive care may be required to manage symptoms and prevent complications.
Giardia lamblia is a protozoan parasite that causes diarrhea in dogs. It is transmitted through ingestion of cysts found in contaminated water or soil. Infected dogs may exhibit symptoms such as diarrhea, vomiting, weight loss, and lethargy.
Cryptosporidium is another protozoan parasite that commonly causes mild to moderate diarrhea in dogs. It spreads through contact with contaminated feces, water, or food. Treatment typically involves supportive care and medication to manage symptoms.
