Product Overview :
Based on the principle of immunoturbidimetry, the complement C3 antibody reacts with the complement C3 antigen to trigger an antigen-antibody reaction, forming an immune complex. The change in turbidity is measured at a wavelength of 340 nm, and the degree of change is proportional to the content of complement C3 in the sample.
