Product Overview :

Eosinophils are inflammatory cells involved in allergic diseases. Their cytoplasmic granules contain basic proteins that can be stained by acidic dyes.
This kit consists of hematoxylin, rinse solution, and picro-sirius red solution. After staining, eosinophil cytoplasm appears red and nuclei appear blue. Compared with other eosinophil staining methods, it provides stronger staining intensity and higher contrast, with a relatively longer staining time.
