This kit is designed for staining blood and bone marrow cells and improves upon traditional Giemsa staining by providing clearer structural detail and stronger cytoplasmic and neutral granule staining.
Giemsa stain is widely used for protozoa, blood smears, cytology, bacteria, and chromosome banding.
Staining results: nuclei appear purplish-red, cytoplasm appears purplish-blue, and mucus appears pink or light blue.
