Common pathogens include Feline calicivirus (FCV), Feline herpesvirus (FHV), Mycoplasma felis, Chlamydophila felis, and Bordetella bronchiseptica. These pathogens may lead to symptoms such as sneezing, coughing, nasal discharge, and eye infections. While some respiratory infections in cats are mild, they can become severe or even life-threatening, particularly in kittens or immunocompromised cats.
