Product Overview :
Fibrin is a polymerized form of fibrinogen and appears as curved filamentous networks or amorphous aggregates in tissues. Pathological fibrin deposition occurs following endothelial injury and increased vascular permeability.
The modified MSB method employs Martius yellow, acid red, and aniline blue dyes. This kit provides a simple and cost-effective approach for fibrin detection. After staining, fibrin appears red or blue, allowing evaluation of fibrin deposition in pathological specimens.
