This PAS staining kit is optimized for cellular samples. It features stable performance, high specificity, and a simplified protocol requiring approximately 1 hour. Lower concentrations of oxidant and hematoxylin improve compatibility with cultured cells and ultrathin tissue sections. No acid–alcohol differentiation step is required.
