Product Overview :
This kit measures trypsin activity in biological samples using a fluorogenic substrate. Compared to traditional BAEE (Nα-Benzoyl-L-arginine ethyl ester) or TAME (p-Toluenesulfonyl-L-arginine methyl ester) activity assays, this fluorometric format delivers significantly higher sensitivity for detecting low-level trypsin activity.
