Product Overview :

Hemosiderin is a hemoglobin-derived iron-containing pigment appearing as golden-yellow to brown granules. In the Perls’ Prussian blue reaction, ferric iron reacts with potassium ferrocyanide under acidic conditions to produce blue deposits.
This kit contains potassium ferrocyanide and nuclear fast red. Ferric iron stains deep Prussian blue, while nuclei appear red.
