The Masson’s Trichrome Stain Kit (Fast Green FCF Method) is designed for differential staining of connective tissue components in histological sections. Using Fast Green FCF as the collagen counterstain, this kit clearly distinguishes collagen fibers from muscle fibers, cytoplasm, and nuclei, enabling precise visualization of tissue architecture. Collagen fibers are stained green, muscle fibers and cytoplasm appear red, and nuclei are stained dark, providing high contrast and excellent structural detail.
