Product Overview :

Mast cells are commonly found in loose connective tissue, often clustered along small blood vessels and lymphatic vessels, and frequently observed around interlobular ducts of the bronchi and pancreas. They are generally large cells (20–30 μm in diameter), round or oval in shape, with small nuclei and cytoplasm filled with coarse, basophilic, metachromatic granules.
The Mast Cell Staining Kit (Allen method) uses neutral red to stain basophilic granules and hematoxylin for counterstaining, producing clear, vivid, and high-contrast results.
