Product Overview :
MGG staining is widely used for tissue sections, blood smears, microorganisms, chromosomes, and protozoa, and is particularly effective for Helicobacter pylori detection.
H. pylori appears curved, S-shaped, or gull-wing–shaped and is commonly located between gastric epithelial cells and the mucous layer, as well as within gastric pits.
After MGG staining, H. pylori stains blue, collagen fibers appear red, erythrocytes green, gastric epithelium light blue, and nuclei dark blue.
