Product Overview :

Significance: Complex II (succinate–CoQ reductase) catalyzes succinate oxidation to fumarate and reduces FAD to FADH₂, which then reduces oxidized CoQ to CoQH₂, part of the respiratory electron transport chain.
Principle: Reduced CoQ reduces 2,6-dichloroindophenol, which absorbs at 605 nm. Activity is calculated from the reduction rate.
