Product Overview :

Mitochondrial isocitrate dehydrogenase (ICDHm, EC 1.1.1.41) is widely present in mitochondria of animals, plants, microorganisms, and cultured cells. It catalyzes the conversion of isocitrate to α-ketoglutarate in the tricarboxylic acid cycle and is a rate-limiting enzyme and major source of cellular NADH.
ICDHm catalyzes NAD⁺ reduction to NADH, resulting in increased absorbance at 340 nm.
