Principle: MDHAR catalyzes the reduction of MDHA using NADH, producing AsA and NAD+. NADH exhibits a characteristic absorbance peak at 340 nm, whereas NAD+does not. MDHAR activity is calculated by measuring the rate of decrease in absorbance at 340 nm.
