Peroxidases are oxidoreductases that catalyze hydrogen peroxide-dependent oxidation reactions and are primarily localized in peroxisomes.
This modified POX staining kit is suitable for blood, bone marrow, and cytology smears. Positive peroxidase activity appears as brown-red to blue-black granules localized in the cytoplasm.
