Product Overview :

This kit is based on the Papanicolaou method and optimized for sperm morphology analysis. Due to differences in protein isoelectric points, cellular components selectively bind dyes under the same pH conditions.
An optimized EA50 formulation is used for cytoplasmic staining, and a non-toxic modified hematoxylin is used for nuclear staining. The kit is suitable for sperm staining and can also be used for pleural effusion, ascites, and sputum samples.
