Product Overview :

Bacterial endospores possess high refractivity, dense outer layers, and low permeability, making them resistant to staining and decolorization. This kit employs heat-assisted staining, allowing dye penetration into both vegetative cells and endospores. Following decolorization, dye is removed from vegetative cells but retained in endospores. After counterstaining, vegetative cells and spores appear in contrasting colors.
