LYAR
-
Official Full Name
Ly1 antibody reactive clone
-
Overview
LYAR, also known as Ly1 antibody reactive clone, has been found to regulate the intracellular strength that is stimulated by both T and B cell antigen receptors. It is essential for immune tolerance and certain changes to its function could stimulate the development of autoreactivity. LYAR is important in the immunological synapse and functions to inhibit the T cell response. LYAR is highly expressed in indifferentiated embryonic stem cells and may be important in maintaining the stem cell identity. -

LYAR has direct interactions with proteins and molecules. Those interactions were detected by several methods such as yeast two hybrid, co-IP, pull-down and so on. We selected proteins and molecules interacted with LYAR here. Most of them are supplied by our site. Hope this information will be useful for your research of LYAR.
