Recombinant Bacteria GFP Protein
Recombinant full-length bacterial gonococci GFP was expressed in E. coli cells using an N-terminal His tag.
GFP or green fluorescent protein generates a highly visible efficiently emitting internal fluorophore and has been extensively used as a marker of gene expression and protein targeting in intact cells and organisms. This GFP was originally used in the Neisseria gonorrhoeae expression plasmid pCmGFP and belongs to the cl08319 superfamily.
Recombinant protein stored in 50mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.0, 300mM NaCl, 150mM imidazole, 0.1 mM PMSF, 0.25mM DTT, 25% glycerol.
Store at -70°C.
