Description : | The secreted protein encoded by this gene is growth factor-inducible and promotes the adhesion of endothelial cells. The encoded protein interacts with several integrins and with heparan sulfate proteoglycan. This protein also plays a role in cell proliferation, differentiation, angiogenesis, apoptosis, and extracellular matrix formation. |
Source : | E. coli |
Species : | Human |
Tag : | His |
Form : | PBS, pH7.4, containing 0.01% SKL, 1mM DTT, 5% Trehalose and Proclin300. |
Molecular Mass : | 26.9kDa |
Protein length : | Leu178~Asp381 |
Endotoxin : | <1.0EU per 1µg (determined by the LAL method) |

The application performance is stable in common colorimetric reactions.
Q&As (6)
Ask a questionRecent studies have found that CYR61 plays an important role in tumor development and metastasis, especially in cancers such as non-small cell lung cancer, breast cancer, gastric cancer, and colorectal cancer.
There are currently no drugs specifically targeting CYR61, but some anti-tumor drugs can inhibit the expression level of CYR61, such as chemotherapy drugs and targeted therapy drugs.
Studies have shown that high levels of CYR61 expression are associated with decreased patient survival, suggesting that it may be used as a biomarker to predict patient survival.
CYR61 is involved in a variety of signaling pathways, including Wnt, MAPK, ERK, and PI3K.
Regulating the expression level of CYR61 is of great significance for the treatment of diseases, especially for the treatment of cancer, and can slow down the growth and spread of tumors by inhibiting the expression level of CYR61.
The relationship between CYR61 expression levels and disease risk can be assessed by immunohistochemistry or western blot analysis of the patient's tissue samples.
