Recombinant Dengue Virus Subtype 1 Envelope protein, His-tagged
Recombinant Dengue virus Subtype 1 Envelope fused with His tag was expressed in E. coli.
The E.coli derived recombinant 22 kDa protein is genetically engineered peptide which is derived from Dengue Type-1 N-terminus Envelope immunodeterminant regions. This region also contains a common antigen for Dengue type 1, 2 and 3.
Phosphate buffered saline, pH-7.4.
Protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining).
Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application.
Dengue Envelope ST1 although stable at 4 centigrade for 1 week, should be stored below -18 centigrade. Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.
