Recombinant Dengue Virus Subtype 2 NS1 protein, His-tagged
Recombinant Dengue virus Subtype 2 NS1(full length) fused with His tag was expressed in E. coli.
Caused by one of four closely related virus serotypes of the genus Flavivirus, family Flaviviridae, each serotype is sufficiently different that there is no cross-protection and epidemics caused by multiple serotypes (hyperendemicity) can occur. In cell culture experiments and mice Morpholino antisense oligos have shown specific activity against Dengue virus.
Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 100mM arginine and 2mM DTT.
Protein is >95% pure as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application.
Dengue NS1 although stable at 4 centigrade for 1 week, should be stored below -18 centigrade. Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.
