Recombinant Dengue virus E protein, His-tagged
Recombinant Dengue virus(type 2, strain New Guinea C/PUO-218 hybrid) Envelope Protein Domain III(Met578-Gln680) fused with His tag at the C-terminus was expressed in Yeast.
Envelope played an important role in many functions.
Predicted N Terminal:
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4.
The recombinant envelope protein of Dengue virus (DENV)(type 2, strain New Guinea C/PUO-218 hybrid) consists of 114 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 13 kDa.
>95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70 centigrade
Store it under sterile conditions at -20 centigrade to -80 centigrade. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
