Recombinant H12N5 (A/green-winged teal/ALB/199/1991) HA Protein, His-tagged
Recombinant extracellular domain (Met 1-Lys 527) of the influenza hemagglutinin (A/green-winged teal/ALB/199/1991 (H12N5)) (ABB88110.1) (HA1+HA2,uncleaved), was fused with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.
Predicted N Terminal:
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4, 5%~8% trehalose and mannitol.
The secreted recombinant influenza A H12N5 HA (A/green-winged teal/ALB/199/1991 (H12N5)) comprises 521 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 59.3 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 80-90 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
< 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
>97 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
