Recombinant H5N1 (A/Duck/Hong Kong/p46/97) HA Protein, His-tagged
Recombinant extracellular domain (Met1-Gln539) of the influenza hemagglutinin (A/Duck/Hong Kong/p46/97 (H5N1)) (AAF02306.1) (HA1+HA2, uncleaved), cleavage site mutated (RRRKKR-TETR) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

Lyophilized from sterile PBS, 750mM NaCl, pH 7.4, 5% ~ 8% trehalose and mannitol.
The secreted recombinant influenza A H5N1 HA (A/Duck/Hong Kong/p46/97 (H5N1)) comprises 526 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 60 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 65 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
