Recombinant H7N7 (A/Netherlands/219/03) HA Protein, His-tagged
Recombinant extracellular domain of Influenza A virus (A/Netherlands/219/03 (H7N7)) (AAR02640.1) hemagglutinin (Met 8-Phe 544) (Native, HA1+HA2) was expressed, fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4, 5%~8% trehalose and mannitol.
1. Measured by its ability to agglutinate guinea pig red blood cells. HA titer is 0.05-0.3μg/ml for 1% GRBC2. 2. Measured by its ability to bind with Neu5Aca2-3Galb1-4GlcNAcb-PAA-biotin (01-077) using the Octet RED System.
The secreted recombinant hemagglutinin of influenza A virus (A/Netherlands/219/03 (H7N7)) comprises 530 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 59 kDa as estimated in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
< 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
