Recombinant Human ADCYAP1R1 Protein, Fc-tagged
Recombinant human ADCYAP1R1 (P41586) extracellular domain (Met 1-Ala 155) was fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.

The recombinant human ADCYAP1R1/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimeric protein. The reduced monomer consists of 373 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 42 kDa. The reduced monomer migrates as an approximately 65 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
