FCGRT & B2M-1926H
Biotinylated Human FcRn / FCGRT & B2M Heterodimer Protein (FCM-H82W4) is expressed from human HEK293 cells. It contains AA Ala 24 - Ser 297 (FcRN)(Accession # NP_001129491.1 & Ile 21 - Met 119 (B2M) (Accession # AAH32589).
Predicted N Terminal:
Ala 24(FcRN) & Ile 21(B2M)
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH7.4, 10% Trehalose.
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA against immobilized Yervoy Ipilimumab (Human IgG1, 1μg/well). The linear range is 0.3-5 μg/mL. Biotinylated Human FcRn / FCGRT & B2M, Avi Tag coupled to SA coated sensor chip can bind Herceptin with an affinity constant of 2.2-2.6 μM as determined in a SPR assay (Biacore 2000).
The subunit FCGRT / FcRN carries an Avi tag at the C-terminus, followed by a polyhistidine tag. The subunit Beta-2 microglobulin (B2M) carries a Strep II tag at the C-terminus. The protein has a calculated MW of 33 kDa (FcRN), 13.1 kDa (B2M). The protein migrates as 36 kDa (FCGRT), 14 kDa (B2M) respectively on a SDS-PAGE gel under reducing condition due to glycosylation.
Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
>95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
