Recombinant Human KIR2DL2 protein, Fc-tagged, Biotin-labeled
Recombinant Human KIR2DL2(22-245 aa) fused at the C terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1 followed by a C-terminal Avi-tag was expressed in HEK293 cells. This protein is enzymatically biotinylated using Avi-Tag technology. Biotinylation is confirmed to be ≥90%. This protein runs at a higher MW due to glycosylation.
8 mM Phosphate, pH 7.4, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, and 20% glycerol.
Useful as an antigen and in protein binding studies.
Stable for at least 6 months at -80 centigrade. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Protein may be diluted to ≥100 µg/ml in PBS + glycerol and stored at -80 centigrade.
