Recombinant Human LGALS7 Protein, GST-tagged
Recombinant human LGALS7 (P47929) (Ser 2-Phe 136) was fused with the GST tag at the N-terminus.
Predicted N Terminal:
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.5, 5%~8% trehalose and mannitol.
Measured by its ability to agglutinate human red blood cells. The ED50 for this effect is typically 0.01-0.05 μg/mL.
The recombinant human LGALS7/GST chimera consists of 366 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 41.8 kDa. It migrates as an approxiamtely 40 KDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
< 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
>92 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
