Recombinant Mouse CD48 Protein, His-tagged
Recombinant mouse CD48 (NP_031675.1) without the propeptide, corresponding to the amino acids (Met 1-Arg 216) was expressed with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.

Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4, 5%~8% trehalose and mannitol.

The secreted recombinant mouse CD48 consists of 205 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 23.7 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of the recombinant protein is approximately 45-60 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
