Recombinant Mouse IFNB1 Protein, Fc-tagged
Recombinant extracellular domain of mouse IFNB1 (P01575) (Met 1-Asn 182) was fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
Predicted N Terminal:
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4, 5%~8% trehalose and mannitol.
Measured in antiviral assays using L929 cells infected with vesicular stomatitisvirus (VSV). The ED50 for this effect is typically 10-50 pg/mL.
The secreted recombinant mouse IFNB1/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises 402 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 46.7 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rmIFNB1/Fc monomer is approximately 58 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
< 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
>92 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
