Recombinant extracellular domain of mouse SIRPA (BAA20376.1) (Met 1-Asn 373) was expressed, with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.
Predicted N Terminal:
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4, 5%~8% trehalose and mannitol.
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA.Immobilized mouse SIRPA-His at 10 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind human CD47-Fc. The EC50 of human CD47-Fc is 0.05-0.13 μg/ml.
The secreted recombinant mouse SIRPA comprises 353 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 39.4 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rmSIRPA is approximately 50-70 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
< 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
>95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
