• Bio-activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Biotinylated Cynomolgus SIRP alpha, His,Avitag at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on streptavidin precoated (0.5 μg/well) plate can bind Human CD47, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag, low endotoxin with a linear range of 0.3-5 ng/mL.
• Molecular Mass: This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag).The protein has a calculated MW of 40.7 kDa. The protein migrates as 55-70 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

• Endotoxin: Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
• Purity: >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.>90% as determined by SEC-MALS.

• Reconstitution: It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
