Tag : |
His |
Form : |
Lyophilized from sterile 20mM PB, 500mM NaCl, 10% Glycerol, pH7.5.Please contact us for any concerns or special requirements. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization. |
Bio-activity : |
Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cells. When 5 × 10E4 cells/well areadded to EGFL6-His coated plates (5μg/mL and 100μL/well), approximately >40% will adhere specifically after 30 minutes at 37℃. |
Molecular Mass : |
The secreted recombinant human EGFL6 consists of 543 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 60.5 KDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 62 KDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. |
Protein Length : |
Met1-Asp553 |
Endotoxin : |
< 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method |
Purity : |
> 60 % as determined by SDS-PAGE |
Storage : |
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20°C to -80°C. Store it under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |
Reconstitution : |
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents. |
