1. Immobilized Rituximab (IgG1) at 1 μg/mL can bind Biotinylated Mouse FcγRI / CD64 recombinant protein (His & Avi Tag), the EC50 is 20-50 ng/mL. 2. Loaded Biotinylated Mouse FcγRI / CD64 recombinant protein (His & Avi Tag) on SA Biosensor, can bind Bevacizumab (IgG1) with an affinity constant of 0.66 μM as determined in a BLI assay (ForteBio Octet Red384). 3. Loaded Biotinylated Mouse FcγRI / CD64 recombinant protein (His & Avi Tag) on SA Biosensor, can bind Nivolumab (IgG4) with an affinity constant of 1.9 μM as determined in a BLI assay (ForteBio Octet Red384). |

The recombinant mouse FCGR1 consists of 308 amino acids after removal of the signal peptide and has a predicted molecular mass of 34.3 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rm FCGR1 is approximately 50-55 kDa due to glycosylation. |

Reconstitution : |
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents. |
