| Application : | B cells separated with CD45RA MicroBeads can be used for analysis of B cell migration into non-lymphoid organs after infections, for evaluation of B cell responses after allograft transplantation, or to study the role of B cells in autoimmune diseases, such as arthritis or diabetes. Isolated B cells were used for adoptive transfer experiments to study autoimmunity and tolerance induction after xenogeneic thymus transplantation. Furthermore, isolated B cells were used for molecular analysis. |
