Mouse Anti-LTA Monoclonal Antibody
Tumor necrosis factor-beta (TNF-beta), also known as lymphotoxin-alpha (LT-alpha) is a potent lymphoid factor that exerts cytotoxic effects on a wide range of tumor cells and certain other target cells. TNF-beta possesses a signal peptide sequence and is a secreted protein; however, TNF-beta is also present on the surface of activated T, B and LAK cells as a complex with LT-beta. Bioactive TNF-beta exists as a homotrimer.

The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated with biotin under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated biotin.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by ELISA assay. For ELISA detection applications, a concentration range of 0.25-1.0 μg/ml is recommended. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤0.25 μg per 106cells in 100 μl volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 °C.Do not freeze.
