Endothelial Mitogen can be used for Hybridoma Cell Cloning at concentrations of 0.025-0.15mg/ml of serum supplemented media.Endothelial Mitogen can be used for Balb/C-3T3 Cells at concentrations of 0.2mg/ml of serum Supplemented media.

Form : The Endothelial-Mitogen was lyophilized from a concentrated solution containing 0.1M NaCl and 5mM NaH2PO4, pH-7.4.
Usage : This product is furnished for LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY. Not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
Storage : Lyophilized Endothelial-Mitogen Bovine although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution Endothelial-Mitogen Bovine should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C.Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Endothelial-Mitogen Bovine in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O not less than 100μg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
