Description : | Antigen standard for ATP-binding cassette, sub-family C (CFTR/MRP), member 3 (ABCC3), transcript variant 1 is a lysate prepared from HEK293T cells transiently transfected with a TrueORF gene-carrying pCMV plasmid and then lysed in RIPA Buffer. Protein concentration was determined using a colorimetric assay. The antigen control carries a C-terminal Myc/DDK tag for detection. |
Source : | HEK 293 cells |
Species : | Human |
Components : | This product includes 3 vials: 1 vial of gene-specific cell lysate, 1 vial of control vector cell lysate, and 1 vial of loading buffer. Each lysate vial contains 0.1 mg lysate in 0.1 ml (1 mg/ml) of RIPA Buffer (50 mM Tris-HCl pH7.5, 250 mM NaCl, 5 mM EDTA, 50 mM NaF, 1% NP40). The loading buffer vial contains 0.5 ml 2X SDS Loading Buffer (125 mM Tris-Cl, pH6.8, 10% glycerol, 4% SDS, 0.002% Bromophenol blue, 5% beta-mercaptoethanol). |
Size : | 0.1 mg |
Storage Instruction : | Store at -80°C. Minimize freeze-thaw cycles. After addition of 2X SDS Loading Buffer, the lysates can be stored at -20°C. Product is guaranteed 6 months from the date of shipment. |
Applications : | ELISA, WB, IP. WB: Mix equal volume of lysates with 2X SDS Loading Buffer. Boil the mixture for 10 min before loading (for membrane protein lysates, incubate the mixture at room temperature for 30 min). Load 5 ug lysate per lane. |

Ask a questionNeed more evidence. The expression of ABCC3 is associated with poor survival and impaired response to temozolomide. Importantly, high expression of ABCC3 is restricted to glioblastoma, with negligible levels in healthy brain tissue, and further correlates with tumor grade and stemness markers.
Not all the tumour. Some research shows that pharmacological inhibition of ABCC3 slows tumour progression in animal models of pancreatic cancer.
ABCC3 expression is regulated by mutant p53 via miR-34 and that the transporter drives PDAC progression via transport of the bioactive lipid lysophosphatidylinositol (LPI)
Lots of proteins interact with ABCC3. Such as proteins involved in transport and metabolism,ABCB1 (P-glycoprotein) and ABCG2
ABCC3 was overexpressed in EOC tumors, but after the treatment with taxanes, its up-regulation disappeared.
ABCC3 has been found highly expressed in different types of cancers and is associated with poor prognosis and resistance to treatments. Some researchs provide evidences that place ABCC3 as a potential therapeutic target for improving the cancer treatment.
The crystal structure of ABCC3 has not yet been determined. However, there have been studies using cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) to determine the structure of ABCC3 in complex with various ligands, such as leukotriene C4 (LTC4) and S-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)glutathione (DNP-SG).
The expression level of the ABCC3 gene in glioma tissues was lower than that of corresponding normal brain tissues. The overall survival and disease-free survival of in the ABCC3 low-expression group was significant decreased.
MK571,Probenecid,Cepharanthine,Quinoline-based compounds
Overexpression of ABCC3 promotes cell proliferation, drug resistance, and aerobic glycolysis and is associated with poor prognosis in urinary bladder cancer patients.
Different cells and functions participate in different signal pathways. For example,Wnt signaling represses ABCC3 expression during colon carcinogenesis.
ABCC3 is frequently amplified and overexpressed in HER2-positive breast cancer.
The expression of ABCB1, ABCC1, ABCC2, ABCC3, and ABCG2 was altered in association with colon carcinogenesis.
Not sure, need more evidence. Some result shows that intestinal absorption of cefadroxil depends partly on ABCC3 and ABCC4.
