Description : The neonatal Fc receptor (FCRN) is an approximately 45 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein with structural homology to MHC class I proteins. It is widely expressed in endothelial and epithelial cells and plays an important role in IgG homeostasis and antigen presentation by dendritic cells.FCGRT & B2M heterodimer protein (FcRn complex) consist of two subunits: p51, and p14 , and forms an MHC class I-like heterodimer.
Source : HEK293
Species : Human
Tag : His-Avi
Form : Supplied as 0.22um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4).
Molecular Mass : The protein has a predicted MW of 46.5 kDa same as Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Protein length : It contains Ile 21 - Met 119(B2M)& Ala 24 - Ser 297 (FCGRT).
Endotoxin : Less than 0.5EU per ug by the LAL method.
Purity : > 95% as determined by Bis-Tris PAGE
Storage : The product should be stored at -70°C. Please do not repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4℃ before opening to recover the entire contents.
