Recombinant Influenza A H1N1 (A/Brisbane/59/2007) HA protein(Met1-Arg343), His-tagged

Cat.No. : HA-3276V
Product Overview : Recombinant Influenza A virus (A/Brisbane/59/2007 (H1N1)) (ACA28844.1) HA(Met 1-Arg 343), termed as HA1 subunit, was expressed in HEK293, fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

Source : HEK293
Species : H1N1
Tag : C-His
Protein length : Met1-Arg343
Form : Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.
Molecular Mass : Recombinant HA1 subunit of Influenza A virus (A/Brisbane/59/2007 (H1N1)) hemagglutinin consists of 337 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 37.7 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the recombinant protein migrates as an approximately 55-60 kDa protein in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin : < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
Purity : > 98 % as determined by SDS-PAGE
Storage : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20°C to -80°C. Store it under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
