LTN1 has several biochemical functions, for example, UDP-N-acetylmuramoylalanyl-D-glutamyl-2,6-diaminopimelate-D-alanyl-D-alanine ligase activity, coenzyme F420-0 gamma-glutamyl ligase activity, coenzyme F420-2 alpha-glutamyl ligase activity. Some of the functions are cooperated with other proteins, some of the functions could acted by LTN1 itself. We selected most functions LTN1 had, and list some proteins which have the same functions with LTN1. You can find most of the proteins on our site.
