Recombinant Human IL18RAP Protein, Fc-tagged
Recombinant human IL18RAP (NP_003844.1) (Met 1-Gly 357) was fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
Predicted N Terminal:
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4, 5%~8% trehalose and mannitol.
The recombinant human IL18RAP/Fc chimera is a disulfide-linked homodimeric protein. The reduced monomer consists of 575 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 65.2 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rhIL18RAP/Fc monomer is approximately 80-90 kDa in reduced SDS-PAGE.
< 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
>95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
