Recombinant Mouse Cd27 Protein, His & Fc-tagged
Recombinant extracellular domain (Met 1-Arg 182) of mouse CD27 (NP_001028298.1) precursor was fused with the C-terminal polyhistidine-tagged Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.

Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4, 5%~8% trehalose and mannitol.
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized recombinant mouse CD27 at 2 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind biotinylated human CD70 with a linear range of 0.39-12.5 ng/ml.
The recombinant mouse CD27/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer after removal of the signal peptide. The reduced monomer consists of 410 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 46.2 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rm CD27/Fc monomer is approximately 60-65 kDa due to glycosylation.

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
