Recombinant Mouse Il21 Protein
Recombinant soluble form of mouse IL21 (Q9ES17) (Pro 25-Ser 146) was expressed, with an initial Met at the C-terminus.
Predicted N Terminal:
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.51, 5%~8% trehalose and mannitol.
Measured by its ability to induced Interferon gamma secretion by human natural killer lymphoma NK-92 cells. The ED50 for this effect is typically 4-20 ng/ml.
The recombinant mouse IL21 consists of 123 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 14.3KDa. It migrates as a 15 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
< 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
>97 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
