Source : HEK293
Species : Human
Tag : mFc-Avi
Form : Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Bio-activity : Immobilized Human CD155, Fc Tag at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Biotinylated Human TIGIT, Mouse IgG2a Fc,Avitag with a linear range of 1-10 ng/mL. Immobilized Biotinylated Human TIGIT, Mouse IgG2a Fc,Avitag at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on streptavidin precoated (0.5 μg/well) plate can bind Human TIGIT Antibody with a linear range of 2-16 ng/mL.
Molecular Mass : This protein carries a mouse IgG2a Fc tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag). The protein has a calculated MW of 41.6 kDa. The protein migrates as 45-60 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Proteinlength : Met22-Pro141
Endotoxin : Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
Purity : >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Storage : Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
Gene Name : TIGIT T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains [ Homo sapiens ]
