Rat Anti-IL6 Monoclonal Antibody
IL-6 is a potent lymphoid cell growth factor that stimulates the growth and survival of certain B cells and T cells. IL-6 plays a role in host defense, acute phase reactions, immune response, and hematopoiesis. IL-6 is expressed by T cells, B cells, monocytes, fibroblasts, hepatocytes, endothelial cells and keratinocytes. TheNR3-24B6antibody can neutralize the bioactivity of natural or recombinant IL-6.
COS-7- expressed, recombinant human IL-6
The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated with APC under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated APC and unconjugated antibody.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by intracellular immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis.Test size products are transitioning from 20 μl to 5 μl per test. Please check your vial or your CoA to find the suggested use of this reagent per million cells in 100 μl staining volume or per 100 μl of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. Read more at www.biolegend.com/testsize regarding the test size change.
The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 °C and protected from prolonged exposure to light.Do not freeze.
